Please complete the following form to request an access code for written translation and over the phone and video interpretation services.
An access code allowing the service fees to be charged back to your protocol/project is required to use the service. Each access code is specific to a protocol/project. Turn around for an access code is approximately one to two days.
The over the phone and video interpreter services will be provided on-demand by medically-certified interpreters who will not record or store protected health information.
Transcription of documents containing protected health information such as study diaries and survey data is not recommended using this service because uploaded documents will be stored by the vendor to facilitate future edits and creation of similar documents.
