We have retired the RedCap instance of TRAcs 1/31/2024 at 5pm. 

The new instance is available starting Thursday, 2/1/2024 at 9am.

Updated links, TRAcs menu, Job Aids, Office Hours, and more can be found on the TRAcs SharePoint page.

Users are advised to update any bookmarks they may have saved.

 

Upcoming Discussions and Assistance

If you have questions about an existing TRAcs ticket, or need assistance with a new TRAcs ticket, please join us during our office hours, being held daily for the month of February.

Times and zoom link for daily office hours can be found on the TRAcs SharePoint page.

We will be discussing the new TRAcs at our next CRPG meeting on 2/14/2024 from 12pm-1pm. Information about this meeting can be found here.

 

Have a bug to report?

As we work through any issues in the New TRAcs instance, please help us by identifying bugs, errors, or even typos, by reporting them here.

This link will also be posted to the TRAcs SharePoint page. As a thank you we will be randomly selecting a couple of users who report errors to win a Dunkin Donuts gift card. Please be sure to provide a complete report and to indicate that you would like to be entered into the drawing when submitting your ticket.
