FSST At Work Preliminary Screening Survey
Thank you for your interest in the FSST at Work Study! Due to a surge of interest, we have closed recruitment for this study. If you would like to potentially be in our next study, feel free to fill out this screening survey to determine if you may be eligible. If you are preliminarily eligible and provide your contact information, we will reach out to you this June or July before the start of the next study.
The purpose of the FSST at Work research study is to better understand the experiences of employed young adults with mental health conditions. We are asking you to complete this survey, which should take less than 10 minutes, to determine if you are preliminarily eligible for the next phase of the study. Once you fill out this survey, you will immediately be told if you do or do not meet preliminary eligibility requirements.
Confidentiality: Your participation is voluntary and can be stopped at any point. All information you share is confidential and only shared with the research study team and our research sponsors. By filling out this survey, you give permission for the study team to keep your identifiable information (name, email, phone number) until the end of the study recruitment period, at which point it will be removed from your survey response and destroyed.
